With over 30 years dedicated to compliance and investigations, the storyteller of RDJR & Associates is deeply committed to breaking barriers and fostering inclusion. His tenure as an EEO and Civil Rights Investigator has equipped him with a deep understanding of discrimination laws, forensic interviewing, resolving employee disputes, and workplace compliance. Additionally, Richard has contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Instructor, developing curricula and mentoring students in criminal justice.


Holding a master’s degree in public administration, he brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to public service. Retired from a distinguished law enforcement career, his focus now resides in advocating for civil rights, particularly for individuals with disabilities and communication challenges. Through education and essential resources, he empowers policy makers and others to prioritize accessible service delivery. His life's passion echoes the mission of RDJR & Associates, aligning policy with practice to ensure equitable access.
